    Consistency is key. Follow this guided 14-Day calendar to help you track your workouts and build your very own DanceBody. In two weeks, expect to feel lighter on your feet, tighter in your body, and more aware of your movement overall. Bonus points if you feel like a better dancer!

  • Day 1: 20 Min Sculpt w/ Courtnay

    Join Co-Founder and COO Courtnay for an intense Sculpt workout that will work both your upper and lower body. Only D-Weights + a HexMat necessary!
